Of all the brands we are bombarded with, few stand out, and even fewer are memorable. One of the keys to making your brand more memorable is to have a strong story. Amazon makes it easy to tell your product story across all of your listings with a “Brand Story” section. Placed just above the A content, it gives you a chance to win the hearts of your customers and earn their loyalty, which of course can lead to repeat sales and recommendations. The brand story section used to be inaccessible to salespeople. Now it is possible, but for now only for those who are registered on the site. Further, if you are eligible, you need to contact Amazon support and ask for this option to be included in your listings.
How to add your brand story:
1. Hover over “Advertising” and click ” Content Manager”
2. Click the Start Content Creationbutton
3. Click Create Brand Story
4. Fill in the content details, including the content title and language. Then fill in the Our History section. After that, click Next: Apply ASIN in the upper right corner
5. Find the ASINs for which you want your brand history to be displayed. You can find products through search or bulk upload. Pro tip – choose flagship products that really bring your UTP to life. Once you’ve added your target ASINs, click “Next”: Review and Submit
6. Preview the content of your A page. You can use the Desktop and Mobile buttons to preview both display scenarios. Then click the Submit button for approval.
